Our primary focus is not to create an elite youth baseball team, but to focus on developing our boys into mature, responsible young men by trying to create elite human beings that can play baseball and compete.

As Coaches, we are teachers first and foremost.  We will demonstrate our core values in everything we do.

As Members of the DLA Family, we will NOT compete against each other. We will compete together for our common goals and against anything that keeps us from growing as players, coaches and parents.
